land title summary

The land title for our Koh Chang Land is over 2 separate land titles - a 16Rai+ on the west with stunning sunset views over the ocean, and a 6Rai+ title of flat land directly across the road.

The 16Rai plot has an existing 32 bungalow private resort, offices, restaurant and swimming pool spread across the land, and the 6Rai has 4 main building of offices, laundry, meeting rooms and staff accommodation.

Both land titles are Chanote, the highest land title in Thailand, not financed or encumbered and held in a Thai company.
